About The Position

Join our team at ACNB Bank as a full-time Community Banking Specialist II at our Market Place Office in Westminster and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial well-being of our customers and community. We're looking for someone with banking experience, a passion for relationship-building, and the ability to deliver results. Create exquisite customer experiences by assessing financial needs and offering personalized banking solutions. Act as a back-up to the Branch Manager, cross-trained in operational duties. Build long-term relationships with customers through needs-based selling and proactive outreach, acting as a strong contributor toward achieving office sales goals Open deposit accounts and process consumer credit and loan applications with precision and efficiency. Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends to provide customers with valuable insights. Manage risks and regulatory compliance while resolving customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Package: This position typically pays around $24-26 per hour, but may be higher based on previous experience. Requirements

  • Banking Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail banking as a Platform Specialist/Universal Banker, with proven success in meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, multitasking, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Westminster area and its community is highly preferred.
  • Coaching: Mentor and provide support to other bankers and positively impact the office.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals by ensuring accurate profiling, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a customer-centric approach aligned with Service Excellence Standards.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass individual sales targets while contributing to office-wide sales objectives by effectively identifying cross-selling and referral opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk to the bank and safeguarding against fraudulent activity.
  • Operational Accuracy: Maintain high levels of accuracy and completeness when opening deposit accounts, processing loan applications, and conducting financial transactions.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Strengthen customer relationships by successfully referring clients to other lines of business (Wealth Management, Mortgage Lending, etc.) and fostering team collaboration.
  • Branch Management Support: Provide support to the Community Banking Manager by taking a lead role in sales initiatives.
