Requirements

Proven experience in community bank commercial lending and banking leadership.
Strong local business network.
Strong credit analysis and portfolio management expertise.

The ability to common size financial statements and understand the information.

Finance or Accounting Degree required
Minimum of 5 years Commercial experience
Related management experience

Responsibilities

Lead Regional Growth: Develop and execute strategic goals to expand commercial lending and overall market presence.
Build Strong Teams: Hire, mentor, and manage commercial lending staff; oversee training and professional development.
Drive Lending Excellence: Review and approve complex loan packages, ensure compliance, and support relationship managers in structuring deals.
Champion Customer Relationships: Deepen existing relationships and cultivate new business through community engagement and personalized support.
Oversee Branch Collaboration: Partner with Retail leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience across regional branches.
Represent the Brand: Be a visible, values-driven leader in the community — trusted, approachable, and integrity-first.
