About The Position

Innovation 🧠 – We embrace creativity and seek better solutions. Integrity ⚖️ – Honesty and trust guide everything we do. Collaboration 🤝 – Together, we achieve more. Growth 🌱 – We’re committed to personal and professional development. Empathy ❤️ – We prioritize understanding and human connection. The Community & Advocacy Lead owns the voice, relationships, and momentum of the Hi Rasmus community. This role sits at the intersection of brand, customers, and industry – turning real customer experiences into advocacy, conversation, and growth. You’ll build and nurture a vibrant ecosystem of clinicians, customers, partners, and industry voices who believe in the mission of Hi Rasmus and want to amplify it. From ambassador programs and community engagement to social presence and customer storytelling, you’ll create the flywheel that transforms satisfied customers into passionate advocates. This role is equal parts relationship builder and operator – someone who loves connecting with people while also executing programs that scale impact across our brand, marketing, and sales teams. You’re someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and creating spaces where communities grow naturally. You understand clinicians and healthcare customers deeply, and you know how to translate their experiences into authentic stories that inspire trust. You’re both strategic and hands-on – comfortable designing programs while also rolling up your sleeves to execute them.
