About The Position

The Communication Specialist supports the organization’s business development and strategic initiatives by creating, reviewing, and coordinating clear, effective written communications. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the business development team, including proposal development, document management, proofreading, research, and content preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • 2 Years’ experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the crafting, coordination, and delivery of messaging that reflects company goals, values, and initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Create and manage social media initiatives supported by ongoing research and analysis.
  • Create visual content aligned with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the design and development of promotional materials tailored to target audiences.
  • Support the development of customer proposals, quotes, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline response development processes and ensure consistent messaging aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to gather required information and ensure timely submission of responses, working closely with managers and technical staff as needed.
  • Identify and clarify opportunities by attending meetings, analyzing client needs, and tailoring information effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
