Lakeside’s comprehensive programs treat disorders such as bipolar disorder, psychological trauma, depression and anxiety, mental illness and addictive disease disorders such as alcoholism, drug addiction and substance abuse. The Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Operator/Receptionist greets guests within the hospital lobby areas and manages the facility telephone switchboard system. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with telephone switchboard systems
Excellent telephone etiquette and tact
Pleasant and audible speech, with good enunciation
Flexibility
Ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crises or resistant or negative toward organization
Ability to remain seated at switchboard for long periods of time without significant discomfort or distress
