About The Position

We are looking for an exceptional communicator to join our team as a Communications Manager. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring that all employees feel informed, engaged and inspired. This individual will write and edit high-quality content across internal and some external channels, serving as a trusted voice for the St. Joseph’s Health brand, leadership and the employee community. Strong writing and editorial instincts, attention to tone and nuance, and the ability to work closely with a broad range of audiences are essential. The Medical Center offers a full complement of specialty and subspecialty services including ambulatory, behavioral health, cardiovascular, emergency/trauma, internal medicine, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedic/spine, rehabilitation, surgical specialty, women’s health, imaging and pediatrics. The nursing team at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, which includes St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, has held the Magnet Award for Nursing Excellence, the profession’s highest honor, since 1999.
