As a Communications Lead in PNC’s Marketing and Communications team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, collaborating across leadership and key business partners to shape and deliver impactful internal communications that position PNC Technology as a driver of business and a cornerstone of PNC’s brilliantly Boring brand, with a specialization in AI content. This individual contributor role calls for a highly motivated, influential communicator with subject matter depth, who excels at developing and executing strategies that engage employees and drive business results. The Communications Lead navigates complex initiatives, synthesizes information, and ensures message clarity and alignment across the organization, while supporting partnerships and coordinating activities with agencies, third parties and internal business partners. The role also analyzes metrics, provides recommendations for improvement and manages stakeholders through established systems and protocols. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Responsibilities

  • Executes communications strategies that help drive business priorities.
  • Supports the development of communication strategies; plans, researches and develops content for complex communications initiatives.
  • Identifies issues and opportunities, and engages other parts of the organization to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of the message.
  • Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate insights.
  • Implements and oversees activities, including approval requirements in coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
  • Supports partnership with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate the development and execution of programs/initiatives.
