Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for internal and external audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Manage the organization's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize outreach and participation.
