About The Position

Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented communications and content marketing intern to work on several projects that will increase awareness of Docusign as the leading AI-powered platform for agreement management. This dynamic role combines creative and operational responsibilities, offering a great opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of content marketing and editorial functions. You will work cross-functionally with the Growth organization—social media, analyst relations, PR, global campaigns, field marketing, product marketing, and digital teams—to help execute content programs that drive awareness of the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management platform. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Content Marketing.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027
  • Experience with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Google Docs, etc.

  • Passion for storytelling and translating technology solutions into engaging content
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills across a variety of formats, including blogs, longer form content, infographics, and videos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to develop compelling content
  • Experience working with content management systems (Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, Umbraco, etc.)
  • Understanding of general SEO and emerging GEO principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Create a content plan for a set of different assets derived from our main research report
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and support larger campaigns
  • Assist the communications team in developing core frequently asked questions to prepare for media interviews
  • Write, edit and publish content such as blogs, articles, video scripts, and social media posts
  • Assist with editing and reviewing communications plans and content drafts to ensure accuracy, impact, and adherence to brand standards
  • Support the content intake process, editorial workflows, and review cycles in our content management platform (Optimizely CMP)
  • Support final staging and publishing of engaging website content in our CMS. Contribute to optimizing page performance by testing various page elements and CTAs
  • Assist the communications and content team with editorial brainstorming, writing articles, and improving discoverability in support of our generative engine optimization (GEO) strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with campaigns, creative, product, and solutions marketing to support the activation and tracking of content across paid media, social, email, and other owned channels
  • Support the content marketing team in compiling content performance and engagement data insights
