  • Assist with the timeline and scheduling of key milestones, leadership reviews, and deliverables for the Consumer Channel Marketing team
  • Collaborate with the Executive Business Administrator and Business Manager to set agendas, capture meeting discussions, decisions, and action items
  • Prepare for leadership meetings, including prepping speakers, developing slideware, and managing call logistics
  • Manage community communications and facilitate weekly general manager team communications
  • Coordinate logistics for community -related events and provide creative support for event content
  • Support internal and external speaking engagements, including sourcing content, building presentations, and talk tracks
  • Develop communications and surveys for internal initiatives
  • Maintain team SharePoint and Teams sites
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, including maintaining SharePoint and Teams sites
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with excellent written skills for high -level communications
  • Previous experience in consumer marketing, preferably at Microsoft
