About The Position

Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH), a long established and highly respected Federally Qualified Health Center with locations throughout Indian River County is seeking a Community Liaison to join our team. The Community Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining referral partnerships, educating community organizations about available services, and supporting enrollment growth through strategic outreach. This position will develop and maintain referral networks with senior housing communities, healthcare providers, faith-based organizations, and other community partners, develop strategies and solutions that align with community values and goals, represent Treasure Coast Community Health at community meetings, health fairs, and local events, and support marketing initiatives and community engagement campaigns as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Marketing, Communications, Health Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare outreach, community relations, marketing, or a related role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
