In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with organizational strategy to ensure a reliable supply chain for mechanical parts and assemblies Monitor supplier performance to drive improvements and ensure global supply chain networks meet operational needs Achieve cost savings and trade working capital improvements (DPO/Inventory) through negotiations, eSourcing, and other activities related to supplier selection and short/long-term strategies Lead projects within assigned commodities and support annual financial planning cycles Manage diverse group of suppliers – ensure KPI improvements and negotiate contracts Assist with other strategic operations and supply chain projects and initiatives as needed Offer support and mentoring for Associate Commodity Managers Who You Are: You are a motivated and curious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $83,000-$110,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Six (6) or more years of supply chain experience in a global manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of mechanical parts
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
  • Travel up to 20% domestic and international
