About The Position

CMG Financial is hiring a Commission Systems Specialist who is responsible for assisting in the administration of enterprise-wide compensation policy and programs. Responsibilities include working with HR management, Recruiting and Business Partners to implement incentive compensation specifically in CompenSafe software. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following responsibilities, but not limited to: Maintain expert knowledge of the CompenSafe system to support the daily needs of the HR Business Partners Remain current on regular CompenSafe updates to be able to support business partners Update and maintain Employee compensation plans and profiles in the CompenSafe system Prepare and deliver compensation-related documentation (including compensation agreements, exhibit A’s, and addendums), and maintain the integrity of Enterprise’s compensation structure Ensure compensation programs are in compliance with legal regulations Provide support to the Compensation Manager through reporting and auditing as needed Work closely with the VP of HR and HR Business Partners on new compensation plans, and miscellaneous items the business may explore Work on team that administers CMG’s automated incentive compensation software program Coordinate with Recruiting on new compensation agreements and be available to answer Provide Customer Service to employees regarding Compensation, Payroll, and CompenSafe system questions Coordinate with HRIS and Loan Operating System administrators to troubleshoot integration issues affecting the CompenSafe system Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Strong working knowledge of CompenSafe Software highly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Some experience in HR Compensation, Finance, Payroll or HR Generalist role is preferred Mortgage industry or Financial Services experience is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Direct Reports: N/A PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required. Base Compensation Information – CMG pays a competitive salary which ranges from $60,000 to $75,000. Factors that affect salary may include: Commission Systems experience, Human Resources experience, compensation experience, overall knowledge of mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage loan officers, and education

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of CompenSafe Software highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Some experience in HR Compensation, Finance, Payroll or HR Generalist role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
