About The Position

This is a technical sales support role focused on converting customer requirements into executable manufacturing solutions. You will own the quoting process, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a key role in winning new business.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Design, or related field and/or equivalent work experience required
3–5 years in estimating, inside sales, or technical customer support
Strong blueprint reading and manufacturing knowledge
CRM experience
Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and customer experience

Nice To Haves

Salesforce (CRM) preferred
CNC machining, sheet metal, or manufacturing services (preferred)
Experience working with RFQs and fast turnaround quoting (preferred)

Responsibilities

Own RFQ intake, technical review, and quote development
Interpret prints, CAD models, and specifications
Build pricing models aligned to margin and delivery targets
Collaborate with production, engineering, and vendors
Present quotes and follow up to drive order conversion
Manage customer timelines and expectations
Identify upsell and cross-capability opportunities
