Requirements

• Strong commercial roofing experience (7+ years preferred)
• Proven sales and estimating background
• Ability to read blueprints and assess roof conditions
• Comfortable performing roof inspections
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Professional and confident in client-facing settings

Responsibilities

• Estimate and sell commercial roofing service repairs
• Perform roof inspections and identify repair opportunities
• Generate new business through networking, outreach, and door knocking
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and commercial clients
• Develop long-term service accounts
• Track leads, proposals, and contracts using CRM software ( AccuLynx preferred )
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure project success
• Meet and exceed revenue goals
