About The Position

An established certified woman-owned pest control company is looking for a passionate and experienced Commercial Sales Specialist to take part in their success. The company leverages technology to supply ultramodern pest control solutions to Fortune 500 companies, and are looking for a confident and results-oriented operator to lead the commercial sales process. Primary duties include connecting with potential and existing customers in the Philadelphia Tri-State area, assessing customer needs to protect their property from pests, and providing innovative solutions contributing to company growth. To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, results-oriented, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will interact with customers daily, building rapport and operating with professionalism and respect.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently
  • At least 4 years of sales in the pest control or related industries
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Valid drivers license

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new customers via calls, and interactively though tip groups, networking, cross-selling, referrals, and canvassing.
  • Presenting commercial pest control services and products to potential customers through in-person presentations and electronic communications
  • Develop sales pipeline enabling a seamless process from pitch to closing.
  • Adequately explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of products and services.
  • Estimate pest control costs and prepare plan recommendations
  • Follow up with customers after services are performed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Continually building product knowledge and refine sales techniques
