Requirements

  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in sales prospecting, negotiating and account management is required
  • Experience using Microsoft Office computer programs e.g. word processing, excel spreadsheets, calendars, etc.
  • Familiarity with or the ability to learn our service area of South Central Wisconsin
  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

  • Effectively increase sales and customer satisfaction, as well as maintain long-term customer relations
  • Identify and contact new prospective, past and existing customers resulting in profitable business revenues
  • Act as a first-line liaison between customers and the company, ensuring that the customer's needs/expectations are met
  • Prepare and produce presentations, marketing material, RFP's, contracts with customers, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving services while being committed to excellent customer service
