Principal Responsibilities · Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company’s established service area. · Calls and visits prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline. · Respond daily to phone and email requests from new potential commercial customers and existing customers. · Place outbound phone calls to previous customers to generate leads and new business, as well as outbound cold calls. · Coordinate with the Sales Administration team to complete sales quotes and contracts. · Partners with the Branch Manager and the Technical team on presenting SMART solutions. · Maintain relationships with current customers and identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade services. · Evaluate feedback from customers and adjust sales technique as needed. · Meets and exceeds sales and productivity targets · Update the lead management system for all quotes sold or unsold and forward the information to the appropriate branch. · Complete follow-up calls and record the activity in the lead management system. · Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs, and other activities as needed. · Provide an excellent level of customer service to new and current customers. · Assist the Accounting Department with collections and ensure customer payment methods are up to date as needed. · Contribute to building a positive team environment with strong morale among team members · Other duties as assigned.
