About The Position

Come join our rapidly growing team! We are in need of a Commercial Sales Representative to help service our commercial customers around the Sarasota area. As a Commercial Sales Representative at Bone Dry, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team. You will combine your analytical skills with your sales expertise to estimate project costs, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism and care while driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Military service is a plus
The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience
The candidate should have a working knowledge of Google Suites along with the ability to learn new platforms
Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with low slope roofing systems a plus
Previous experience with Java or workforce a plus
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications a plus
Ability to perform material take offs a plus
Previous OSHA certification a plus
Construction/roofing industry a plus

Responsibilities

Managing a sales pipeline and making appropriate follow-ups on pending opportunities.
Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the companyâs product portfolio.
Providing timely responses to new estimate requests from customers.
This position requires a strong degree of ownership and self-motivation, while also being team oriented.
