Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B commercial sales and or property management, commercial coatings experience a plus
  • Demonstrated history of prospecting and building pipelines from scratch
  • Expertise in consultative/solution selling (not retail or transactional sales)
  • Comfortable making 50+ cold calls per day to establish initial contact
  • A strong closer with the ability to overcome complex objections
  • Self-motivated and disciplined - capable of working independently
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 lbs (samples)
  • Competitive: Driven to win and meet/exceed ambitious goals
  • Resilient: Doesn't take "no" personally and quickly bounces back from setbacks
  • Organized: Manages CRM and follows up religiously

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Spearhead the commercial growth by aggressively prospecting and cold calling to build a robust pipeline from zero.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct site visits, understand facility/project needs, and present engineered polyurea/polyaspartic solutions to solve client challenges.
  • Relationship Management: Target and establish strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including Facilities Managers, Property Managers, and Commercial General Contractors (GCs).
  • Close Business: Execute a consultative sales process to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and consistently close new business.
