About The Position

At Fyxer AI, we’re not building a standard sales team — we’re building a high-leverage commercial engine that turns relationships into revenue and support into strategic partnership. Our Commercial Sales Managers don’t just react — they lead. They are commercially-minded operators who see opportunity in every interaction, drive growth through insight, and build trust that compounds over time. We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to help us build and scale our commercial segment. This is an early leadership role on the GTM team and one of the first dedicated managers focused on this part of the business. Fyxer generates a lot of demand through the product itself. The role of sales is to engage the right teams at the right time and help them buy in a way that makes sense. This manager will lead a team of Commercial AEs, help refine how we sell into product-led accounts, and build the foundations of a motion that can scale. You should be comfortable operating in a build phase. That means coaching reps in live deals, helping shape the playbook as we go, and leading by example.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales management or leadership experience
  • Experience building or scaling a sales team at an early-stage company
  • Strong background as an individual contributor before moving into management
  • Comfortable coaching reps live and getting involved in deals
  • Experience running short cycle, high velocity sales motions
  • Strong judgment around prioritization, deal qualification, and forecasting
  • Clear communicator with a direct, thoughtful management style

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in or alongside a product-led growth motion
  • Built or scaled a commercial or mid-market segment
  • Experience selling into team-based or bottoms-up buying motions
  • Experience running trials as part of a sales process

Responsibilities

  • Hire, lead, and coach a team of Commercial AEs selling into small to mid-sized teams
  • Support reps by joining calls, helping run trials, and assisting with pricing and deal strategy when needed
  • Help define how and when sales engages with product-led and inbound demand
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new AEs as the team grows
  • Implement and improve core sales processes in service of predictable revenue
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal quality
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Enablement, and RevOps to improve conversion and expansion
