About The Position

At Kayser Ford, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch commercial vehicles and services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our commercial sales department. Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, preparing reports, and handling communications.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including order processing and courtesy deliveries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Billing out fleet units.
  • Lot work to include snow removal.
  • Organizing the lot, prepare and apply addendum labels.
