About The Position

We’re looking for a high-performing Commercial Sales Consultant who wants to build a territory, develop long-term client relationships, and create recurring revenue.

Our company provides commercial exterior building services, including:

• Commercial Window Cleaning
• Pressure Washing
• Spider & Pest Treatment
• Exterior Building Maintenance
• Industrial Rope Access Services (lighting access, signage installation, façade inspection, banner hanging, etc.)

You’ll start by developing the Madison and Milwaukee markets, with opportunities to expand into Minneapolis/St. Paul and North Chicago as the territory grows.

Requirements

• Mid-level B2B sales experience
• Comfortable prospecting and cold outreach
• Strong relationship builder
• Self-driven and goal oriented
