About The Position

We’re looking for a high-performing Commercial Sales Consultant who wants to build a territory, develop long-term client relationships, and create recurring revenue. Our company provides commercial exterior building services , including:

Commercial Window Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Spider & Pest Treatment
Exterior Building Maintenance
Industrial Rope Access Services (lighting access, signage installation, façade inspection, banner hanging, etc.)
Your mission is simple:

Build relationships with property managers and decision makers
Identify opportunities
Create professional proposals
Close profitable service agreements
You’ll start by developing the Madison and Milwaukee markets , with opportunities to expand into Minneapolis/St. Paul and North Chicago as the territory grows.

Requirements

• Mid-level B2B sales experience
• Comfortable prospecting and cold outreach
• Strong relationship builder
• Self-driven and goal oriented
