Requirements

  • Sales experience in construction, building materials, or commercial door systems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction plans (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to sign a 3-year non-compete for the Hawaiian Islands.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with contractors, architects, property managers, and business owners across Oahu and neighboring islands.
  • Identify project opportunities through site visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Recommend and present solutions for rolling steel doors, sectional overhead doors, operators, and access control systems tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and bids that reflect accuracy, professionalism, and value.
  • Partner with operations and installation teams to ensure project success from quote to completion.
  • Represent Raynor Hawaii at local trade shows and community events to expand brand awareness.
  • Conduct jobsite assessments, prepare cost sheets, and follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and future business.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of client interactions and project activity within our CRM.
