Requirements

Sales experience in construction, building materials, or commercial door systems (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans (preferred).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with contractors, architects, property managers, and business owners across Kansas City and surrounding communities.
Identify project opportunities through site visits, networking, and referrals.
Recommend and present solutions for rolling steel doors, sectional overhead doors, operators, and access control systems tailored to each client’s needs.
Prepare detailed proposals and bids that reflect accuracy, professionalism, and value.
Partner with operations and installation teams to ensure project success from quote to completion.
Represent Raynor Hawaii at local trade shows and community events to expand brand awareness.
Conduct jobsite assessments, prepare cost sheets, and follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and future business.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of client interactions and project activity within our CRM.
