About The Position

Nations Roof, one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead multiple business units and drive performance across a designated region.

This is a high-impact executive leadership role with full regional responsibility for operational execution, financial performance, workforce strategy, and leadership development.

Prior of Current experience working for a Commercial Roofing Contractor in an dedicated operations or senior project manager position is required for consideration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial roofing operations or senior project management experience required
• Proven P&L management responsibility
• Highly technical commercial roofing knowledge with experience supporting large-scale projects
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen

Nice To Haves

• Multi-territory or multi-location leadership experience highly preferred
• Previous branch or commercial roofing company leadership preferred

Responsibilities

• Regional Leadership & Growth
• Mentor and support Highly Skilled Business Unit Leaders across multiple territories
• Align regional strategy with corporate growth initiatives
• Drive and support revenue growth, operational scalability, and margin performance
• P&L & Financial Performance
• Full regional P&L ownership
• Strengthen forecasting, cost controls, and financial discipline
• Improve job cost performance and overall regional profitability
• Project Optimization & Technical Leadership
• Provide executive-level oversight on complex, high-profile commercial roofing projects
• Drive project optimization strategies to improve efficiency, production, and margin
• Support field leadership in resolving technical challenges and risk mitigation
• Ensure consistent safety, quality, and operational standards across all offices
• Workforce Strategy & Execution
• Align workforce planning with backlog and revenue targets
• Optimize labor forecasting, crew productivity, and talent deployment
• Build, coach, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams
• Serve as a senior technical and operational advisor to executive leadership
