The Commercial Proposals Specialist will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university or college such as Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering. Industrial Distribution or equivalent will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Coordinating end-to-end proposal development by reviewing customer inquiries, analyzing technical specifications, selecting appropriate equipment, and generating tailored proposals.
Collaborating cross-functionally to secure internal approvals, negotiate contract terms, and ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements.
Translating customer needs into actionable solutions, guiding the process from initial inquiry to final order approval.
Navigating complex sales cycles involving technical evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement coordination to deliver customer-centric outcomes.
Managing relationships with strategically targeted clients to drive engagement and business growth.
Developing and executing tailored customer engagement strategies.
