About The Position

The team: You will be part of the B2B Music Solutions team within the commercial organisation. Among the team, Deezer for Professionals is one of our main lines of services. We are developing new verticals to support businesses and provide them with solutions to strengthen their musical identity. Deezer for Professionals – a legal sounding solution designed for professionals - has been launched with this objective in 2024 with the ambition to bring music to every professional space, simply and legally. From cafés and retail stores to offices and hospitality venues, Deezer for Professionals helps businesses create the perfect atmosphere for their customers and teams. To support our growth, we are looking for a Deezer for Professionals Commercial Project Management Intern to help develop this professional subscriptions project and to grow the businesses portfolio in France. As a hands-on-intern, you will be at the heart of the project, working closely with sales, editorial, tech, ads and product teams to deliver an outstanding experience to our business clients.

Requirements

  • Speaking French fluently is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent oral / written communication skills and spelling
  • Experience in project management, partnerships, sales, communication
  • A natural aptitude for multi-tasking and 360° project management
  • At ease with digital tools: platform, websites experience, software, google tools, etc.
  • High level of time management, prioritization and organization.
  • Highly autonomous, rigorous and with a sense of initiative
  • A taste for music and general knowledge of the sector

Responsibilities

  • Account management: Own the full sales cycle from inbound leads to contract signing (pitch, negotiation, onboarding), manage client relationships on a daily basis and drive subscription renewals with strategic partners
  • Operations: Monitor the Deezer for Professionals platform daily, ensure a seamless user experience and coordinate with tech and product teams to continuously improve the solution
  • Editorial & music: Help clients translate their brand identity into a unique musical atmosphere, handling catalogue management and regular track renewal. Collaborate with the editorial team to create tailor-made playlists and curated music selections for our clients.
  • Project & communication: support the growth of the solution through cross-functional projects: website, B2B communication (PR, LinkedIn), customer portfolio development and support tools management.
