Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or project coordination/administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of plumbing industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch work orders to technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Managers to monitor project progress and resolve scheduling issues.
  • Review technician timecards, verify payroll accuracy, and maintain documentation.
  • Manage client communications, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing service proposals for quick-turnaround jobs.
  • Maintain a positive, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Participate in after-hours coordination on a rotating basis.
