The Project Coordinator supports the planning, management, and execution of projects by coordinating communication, documentation, materials, scheduling, and administrative tasks. This role ensures alignment between project managers, superintendents, division managers, field teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. The Project Coordinator provides comprehensive project support including preparing documentation, maintaining schedules, coordinating materials and vendors, tracking progress, supporting safety compliance, and assisting field teams. This role ensures seamless project flow and helps maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
