About The Position

Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking experienced customer service, and data entry/admin to fill our Commercial Project Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or project coordination/administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of plumbing industry a plus

  • Knowledge of plumbing industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage manifests for the Commercial HVAC & Plumbing department which includes checking they have been completed correctly, attaching them in the company database and ensuring they are uploaded to jurisdiction portals
  • Accurately enter and maintain project data in company systems
  • Prepare and submit project reports to management
  • Assist in gathering job records periodically requested by clients
  • Participate “After Hours” core process
  • Perform other misc. administrative tasks as directed by the Coordination Manager
