This role is crucial for supporting an expanding customer base by providing exceptional service, technical precision, and dependable performance. The technician will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, and build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and workmanship.

Requirements

  • Ability to carry and climb a ladder up to 28’.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience, including troubleshooting and repairing various systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Backflow Certification

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, pumps, water heaters, and backflow prevention devices.
  • Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Track and document work performed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing service reports.
  • Travel to customer locations to provide on-site service and repairs.
  • Train apprentices and junior technicians.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and system performance.
  • Assist in ordering necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance.
