The technician will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, and build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and workmanship.
Requirements
- Ability to carry and climb a ladder up to 28’.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience, including troubleshooting and repairing various systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, pumps, water heaters, and backflow prevention devices.
- Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Track and document work performed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing service reports.
- Travel to customer locations to provide on-site service and repairs.
- Train apprentices and junior technicians.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and system performance.
- Assist in ordering necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance.
