The Commercial Operations & Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to North America Sales leadership and coordinating commercial operations processes related to field sales personnel. This role is integral to the success of sales leaders, providing comprehensive administrative support to streamline operations and drive business efficiency. Oversee administrative procedures for Sales Areas, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to corporate guidelines. The Sales Coordinator acts as a liaison between outside vendors, internal departments, and field sales personnel. The position involves scheduling meetings, and expense reports, onboarding contractors, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with new hires, transfers, terminations and maintaining various reports and spreadsheets for leaders.
