Requirements

  • One or more years of administrative/office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer-focused
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • One year call center experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, helping customers with scheduling, billing, and general service questions.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often juggling multiple tasks at once while ensuring each customer feels valued and heard.
  • Answer complex billing questions, coordinating services across departments, or following up on previous requests
  • Resolve issues quickly and leave every customer with a great impression of our company.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails related to service renewals and appointment reminders
  • Maintain clear and positive communication with teammates, field staff, and managers.
