About The Position
The Commercial Operations Admin. supports the domestic sales team and distributors on creating quotations updating the CRM system, and processing Sales Orders.
Requirements
- Associate degree in business or related field
- Familiar with database operation and data entry
- Professional phone and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Possess hands-on knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications
Nice To Haves
- Customer Service experience desired
- Salesforce or ERP system experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter approved purchase orders and generate quotes
- Ensure accuracy of incoming orders including pricing, shipment terms, payment terms, and address information
- Update CRM and follow up on missing end user information and provide order/shipping confirmations when required
- Perform CRM functions including maintaining accurate customer data, acting upon exception reports, and general data integrity
- Accomplish project tasks as assigned by Sales Management
- Manage backlog review and follow up
