About The Position

To provide leadership, direction, and management for the national accounts segment. In this role, you will set the overarching strategy and define detailed plans to drive profitable growth in the QSR/Restaurant segment. The National Sales Manager will collaborate with the entire AHF/Crossville sales organization and distribution partners to identify and develop new business opportunities and support growth.

Requirements

  • Conducts themself consistent with our company core values of family, respect, partnership, integrity and improvement.
  • Ability to quickly set priorities and develop practical plans, while maintaining some level of flexibility.
  • 5+ years of strategic sales leadership experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Includes experience managing large, complex sales opportunities and projects.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver customer solutions.
  • Strong planning, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to the QSR/restaurant industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a sales strategy, including a 3-year growth plan that drives revenue, profitability and priorities for the QSR/restaurant segment.
  • Collaborate and influence effectively across the organization to generate engagement that aligns with company and segment priorities and plans.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer opportunities, while coordinating the involvement of necessary company personnel.
  • Position requires travel throughout the US. Travel of approximately 50% may be required.
