About The Position

Develop and execute marketing plans that result in measurable increases in lead generation and revenue, driving higher sales and market share Design and implement end-user campaigns that increase sales and drive customer loyalty Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing efforts that meet or exceed business objectives Routinely analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and insights, leading to continuous improvement and driving efficiency Bring an area of marketing expertise to the team, providing inspiration and thought leadership on ways to engage customers and generate demand Drive innovation by experimenting with new marketing tactics and strategies, leading to improved efficiency and impact of campaigns

Requirements

  • A college degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience within a mid-to-large size company responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience driving results and innovation for commercial marketing programs
  • A proven ability to effectively utilize leading marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.) to identify and report on insights important to driving the business
  • An understanding of and experience working with supportive digital marketing technologies such as CMS, marketing automation (Eloqua), CRM (Dynamics/Salesforce), and eCommerce platforms
  • A collaborative and customer-focused mindset
