Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Business, Life Sciences or Marketing degree program (or a related field of study).
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Demonstrate personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and network with professionals and leaders across the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in launch planning activities for anticipated new drug approval
  • Support the execution of personal and non-personal promotional assets from strategic development through delivery
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional marketing and agency partners to help coordinate marketing materials and timelines
  • Contribute ideas and insights to support ongoing brand and marketing initiatives
  • Participate in educational workshops and a cross-functional internship project collaborating closely with peers from other teams
  • Deliver a final presentation with findings, outcomes, and recommendations
