About The Position

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and sales targets. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, print media, website content development, social media presence, email marketing campaigns, CRM tools, and more. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials. Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Coordinate with Internal and external teams around initiation and development of strategic marketing campaigns. Manage the overall focused portfolio of campaigns and activities to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources. Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities. Qualifications Required Skills: Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of Commercial businesses. Drives toward goals, takes initiative. Strong project management skills, highly organized with the ability adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Ability to work cross functionally with different teams and company stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strategic thinker with an ability to learn, contribute, and takes full ownership over Seller Support. Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 5 years experience in the marketing field developing marketing plans/campaigns and designing interactive applications and networking platforms. Preferred Experience: MBA degree. Experience in marketing within the finance sector and B2B space.
