The successful candidate will be able to start as soon as possible and able to work up to 16 hours per week, including a full day on Fridays. This is a perfect opportunity for a college Junior looking to get a head start on a summer internship who is able to work part-time now during the winter semester. POSITION OVERVIEW Under the supervision of a Commercial Account Manager, the Commercial Management Intern will assist the Commercial Management team with a variety of administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 3rd year college student majoring in business, supply chain, international business, finance, accounting, or closely related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in Zeeland, MI.
• Personal accountability - Keeping promises and honoring commitments, accepting responsibility for one's actions and assuming responsibility when dealing with problems, crises, and issues.
• Individual efficiency - Effectively managing time and resources so that individual work is completed efficiently.

• Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Customs teams to obtain necessary documentation for tariff recovery
• Execute EBS price entry
• Assist with timely and accurate cost analysis
• Utilize a variety of system dashboards
• Other duties as assigned
