Under general direction, identify, assess, research, and resolve complex issues related but not limited to accounts, systems, vendors, processes & procedures of a particular business unit supporting the commercial lending portfolios by providing an exceptional level of quality, risk management, client service and efficiency. Develop and follow procedures and conduct follow-up with assigned analyst/vendor/owner and requestors to ensure agreed service level agreements are met, and escalate potential issues to senior analysts/management
