About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Commerical Loan Consultant for our banking client on a project basis to assist with the review of commercial loan transactions. This role is fully remote.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 3+ years of prior experience as a Commercial Loan Closer
• Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation and various loan structures
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with nCino software system preferred

Responsibilities

• Determine closing requirements and perform due diligence to align with loan categorization, terms and conditions, policy and state laws
• Facilitate the closing of commercial loans
• Prepare loan documents on bank's documentation system
• Review all reports and verify compliance to bank policy and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, as needed, for efficient processing
