About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. In this role, you will serve as the primary service contact for a portfolio of select commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering strategic planning solutions. You will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships while representing their needs within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a strong understanding of insurance coverages.
  • Active state Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms.
  • Experience with agency management systems (e.g., EPIC) and carrier sites.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a hands-on approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms.
  • Expertise in client requirements, market trends, and industry standards.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Capability to develop and implement short- and long-term strategies.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client exposures, obtain quotes, and negotiate terms to finalize agreements.
  • Analyze client risks and provide tailored recommendations using technical expertise.
  • Determine appropriate markets within the Core Carrier Strategy.
  • Develop solutions and prepare for strategy meetings with Client Advisors.
  • Create comprehensive carrier submissions and manage the binding process.
  • Review binding documents for accuracy and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct contract reviews and maintain accurate account details in the EPIC system.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
  • Organize and manage documentation in EPIC, ensuring proper naming and attachment.
  • Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system tools.
  • Collaborate with team members by creating and assigning activities in EPIC.
  • Handle tasks such as ordering loss runs, generating proofs, and reviewing audits.
