About The Position
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a team. This entry-level position supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the guidance of a lead servicer, you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Compensation Package Base salary range: $51,400 to $63,400 (dependent on experience, qualifications, and business needs). Competitive benefits package. Variable pay programs.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with basic formatting skills.
- Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
- Strong commitment to meeting the expectations of clients and colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground in challenging situations.
- Eagerness to learn about industry trends, products, and technologies to enhance performance.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and workflows to achieve solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work under close supervision while achieving stated objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
- Organize and attach documents in EPIC, ensuring proper naming conventions.
- Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications, including BORs, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance.
- Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
- Create and assign activities in EPIC to applicable team members.
- Order and manage loss runs.
