About The Position

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a team. This entry-level position supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the guidance of a lead servicer, you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with basic formatting skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
  • Strong commitment to meeting the expectations of clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground in challenging situations.
  • Eagerness to learn about industry trends, products, and technologies to enhance performance.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and workflows to achieve solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work under close supervision while achieving stated objectives.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Organize and attach documents in EPIC, ensuring proper naming conventions.
  • Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications, including BORs, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance.
  • Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
  • Create and assign activities in EPIC to applicable team members.
  • Order and manage loss runs.
