Job Summary: We are currently looking to add a team member to our Transportation unit. We are seeking an individual who excels in providing customer service. The Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager will provide day-to-day customer service to our transportation clients.

Requirements

  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
  • The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Applied Epic Agency Management experience, preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English), preferred
  • High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry or similar role
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

  • Applied Epic Agency Management experience, preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English), preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Producers and Insurance Company representatives to service existing customers
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID Cards
  • Assist with client calls on billing questions, make policy changes, add and delete vehicles and drivers
  • Assist in gathering information required for underwriting/marketing an account and creating renewal submissions
  • Orders policy changes
  • Update data in agency management system
