About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• Proven track record of account management and client retention
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting principles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing prompt and professional service
• Review and analyze clients' insurance needs and provide suitable coverage recommendations
• Negotiate with carriers for competitive pricing and coverage options
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and other policy changes accurately and efficiently
• Keep clients informed about industry trends, coverage enhancements, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and account rounding opportunities
• Assist with claims advocacy and resolution when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines
