Requirements

Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (REQUIRED).
Proven success as a commercial lines producer.
Demonstrated ability to generate $100K+ in new business revenue annually.
Experience structuring and presenting complex insurance programs.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in AMS360 is preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Generate and close new commercial business opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
Lead discussions on coverage and risk strategies with clients.
Develop and present customized insurance programs tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with a dedicated account management team to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Utilize AMS360 to manage pipeline, submissions, and workflows efficiently.
