We are hiring a Support Service Advisor to join our Commercial Lines department and help us deliver the client experience we are known for. This role is designed for someone early in their insurance career who wants to learn commercial insurance from the inside out. You will work closely with your team to keep accounts moving, maintain accurate records, and support timely service for our commercial clients.

Requirements

  • Active P&C License (not required at time of hire)
  • 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid communication, organization, and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Applied EPIC experience
  • Commercial Lines insurance experience (agency setting)
  • Knowledge of Commercial Lines coverages

Responsibilities

  • Complete policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and on time.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards to ensure clients stay compliant and operational.
  • Work open activities daily, manage incoming mail, emails, and carrier documentation to meet service timelines, and prevent delays.
  • Maintain organized, current and complete records to support service standards and compliance
  • Help ensure a smooth, positive experience by following workflows and supporting your team in delivering prompt, accurate service.
