Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document File Clerk to join their team in Palm Harbor, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing important financial documents in a fast-paced environment. Open files and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples and organizing them in chronological order, scanning documents with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Process documents quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines, shredding confidential documents securely, as well as opening and sorting incoming mail.
